Denim is built to last, but much of the sustainability conversation in fashion focuses on buying something new. For this campaign, the goal was to reframe that narrative by encouraging consumers to extend the life of the denim they already own.
Targeting eco conscious Gen Z and millennial audiences, we positioned Levi's as a brand that celebrates repair, reuse, and self expression through vintage and upcycled fashion. The campaign combined social content, OOH placements, and experiential events to showcase how old denim can be transformed rather than discarded.
By connecting Levi's long standing heritage with modern sustainability values, the campaign resonated strongly with younger consumers while reinforcing brand loyalty and driving sales.
The campaign generated a 5% CTR and $30 CPA on a $10K budget, outperforming account averages with a 23% higher CTR and 6% lower CPA while maintaining a 2.6 ROAS.
