Campaign: Fix The Mix

We Are Moving The Needle is an organization focused on empowering women and non-binary people in the recording and professional audio industry. The challenge was that while the mission was strong, the brand experience and messaging needed to feel more accessible and easier to understand across different audiences.

For this project, I worked on refreshing the brand presence and leading social media execution to better communicate the organization’s purpose. I focused on simplifying and restructuring copy, refining visual consistency, and improving how information was organized so that users could quickly understand what the organization offers and how to get involved. On social, I redesigned content to feel more cohesive and story driven, making the mission clearer for both emerging talent and established industry professionals. I also concepted and created music industry meme content to engage Gen Z audiences, increasing reach and make the brand feel more approachable without diluting its mission.

By removing friction in how information was presented and strengthening the overall visual and messaging system, the refreshed brand improved clarity, accessibility, and awareness across platforms.
